With our commitment to provide the highest quality of service to our clients, we are always researching and improving our technology, equipment and raw materials. We have recently learned that the quality of our professional grade of blank CD and DVD media is not what it was; this is caused by a change in the manufacturing of this media. Although we have not yet had any problems with the stock that we have, we are going to change to Taiyo Yuden (aka TY) media for its superior quality and reliability as a mastering media for all of your projects. We have worked out special pricing with our vendors on this excellent media to allow us to use TOP of the line media without any additional cost to our clients.

If any people tried to visit the website in the last 24 hours you most likely received an error page. We apparently exceeded our CPU Usage on the servers that the main website is hosted on (none of our client websites were affected in this downtime). The result was the website being taken offline for a short period of time.

The unusual amount of CPU Usage was traced to the sudden boost of traffic resulting from our now ending “DO IT BIG” Music Video contest ( http://contest.mvtpro.com ). We recieved well over 60,000 votes, which the server wasn’t ready for. Notes have been taken from this contest as it was a learning experience for all, and if any future contests are held, we hope to avoid such issues.
